Radost po sportovn\u00edm v\u00fdkonu je skv\u011bl\u00e1. Ale jak se namotivovat? Ka\u017ed\u00fd nesp\u011bch\u00e1 do posilovny, nebo ub\u011bhnout maraton.\tN\u011bkdy n\u00e1s l\u00e1k\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161 se vyblbnout ne\u017e na sob\u011b zamakat. Ur\u010dit\u011b jste si ka\u017ed\u00fd jako d\u00edt\u011b zask\u00e1kali. Te\u010f je modern\u00ed sk\u00e1kat i jako dosp\u011bl\u00ed a je to bezva. Zkou\u0161ela jsem tedy i trampol\u00ednky jako cvi\u010d\u00edc\u00ed kurz ve sportcentru. Pokud se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee to nen\u00ed pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, j\u00e1 budu ten ka\u017ed\u00fd. P\u011bkn\u00e1 cvi\u010ditelka sk\u00e1\u010de ne\u00fanavn\u011b, a \u017ee se p\u016flka m\u00e9 osobnosti rozpustila a prot\u00e9k\u00e1 trampol\u00ednou do vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 lou\u017ei\u010dky, ji pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u016fbec neirituje.\tNechci sk\u00e1kat v\u00a0tempu. V\u0161ichni stejn\u011b do rytmu, stejnom\u011brn\u00e9 v\u00fdkopy a z\u00e1kopy\u2026 Po takov\u00e9 t\u0159i\u010dtvrt\u011bhodin\u011b opravdu hled\u00e1te z\u00e1kopy. Zakopat se a u\u017e nepohnout. Ale sk\u00e1kat si, jak se \u010dlov\u011bku zl\u00edb\u00ed, to je jin\u00e1.\tMoct si sk\u00e1kat, jak je libo. \u0160\u00edlen\u011b a do v\u00fd\u0161ky. Dokud \u010dlov\u011bku s\u00edly sta\u010d\u00ed. Takov\u00e1 radost je opravdu jak pro mal\u00e9, tak pro velk\u00e9. A pokud v\u00e1m p\u0159ijde, \u017ee je to nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, tak se nebojte. Vyr\u00e1b\u00ed se trampol\u00edny se s\u00edt\u00ed proti p\u00e1du zp\u016fsoben\u00e9m nekoordinovan\u00fdmi v\u00fdskoky. Takov\u00e1 trampol\u00edna unese potomky a t\u0159eba i tch\u00fdni. A vy si sk\u00e1kat m\u016f\u017eete, jak odjede.
